Our first little trip to the Emergency Room.
Chas and Grammy had some pancakes for breakfast. When Chas was done he pushed the adorable little antique red high chair that I adore back from the table. The legs got caught in the tile and Chas fell backwards, hitting his head on the window ledge. Grammy scooped him up and ran him upstairs to awaken Dad. They went to the ER and got 4 staples. Chas was a trooper and only cried initially. (To note...Mom developed a painful headache around the same time Chas fell even though she was in school...). Chas is our brave little guy and 4 staples did not stop him one bit!
All smiles when I came home after school. I was not told until all was said and done...phew! I am now confident that Grammy and Dad can handle any situation..
Off to the mall..again...no head injury will slow this little guy down!
